Ordering Policy
Billing and Shipping Address Matching
Both the billing address provided on the order, and the billing address on the credit card needs to match for the order to be processed. In the event of a mismatch, a further inspection of addresses will be made. If there is still no match, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Address Verification of Credit Cards
At present, only a few countries support *AVS on Visa and MasterCard. Notably the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom.
American Express does support AVS in most countries.
Cardholders with a bank that does not support AVS may receive an error from our store due to the lack of data.
*The Address Verification System (AVS) is a system used to verify the identity of the person claiming to own the credit card. The system will check the billing address of the credit card provided by the user with the address on file at the credit card company. The other security features for the credit card include the CVV2 number and the expiration date.
Shipping Policy
SHIPPING CHARGES are created by UPS based on the total estimated weight of the shipment and the destination address as created via
www.ups.com
. You will recieve an email verifying your order number.
All watches are shipped from Cincinnati Ohio.
*Please note that UPS will not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please make certain your shipping address is a regular street address and not one of these types of addresses.
Shipping to Canada, Mexico and countries outside of the US are shipped via the USPS at a flat rate.
We ship out M-F before 2pm EST excluding weekends and federal holidays. Although we try to ship all orders within a 48 hour period from the time payment is recieved & authorized, during peak times or due to other uncontrollable circumstances, we may need additional processing time.

Sales Tax
SALES TAX is automatically calculated, when applicable, according to the guidelines set up by each individual state.
Refund / Exchange Policy
Items returned for a refund must be sent to:

Items returned must be accompanied by the original sales reciept within 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days from the purchase date an exchange or repair will be offered depending on the condition of the item and at the discretion of the Company. Please note that we refund the full price of the item and sales tax if applicable. Please be advised that Shipping charges
will NOT be refunded.
Merchandise returned purchased on a credit card will be credited against the same charge account.
Refunds or exchanges will not be given on the following:
1) Items that have been personalized
2) Items that have been custom fit for the customer
3) Items that have been discounted
**We personally guarantee the internal mechanism of all watches sold against manufacturer's defects. Our Dakota and Berenger watches are guaranteed for five years (unless otherwise noted). Watches returned under our warranty will be repaired by our service technicians at no charge to our customer. External parts such as crystals, cases, stem and crowns, or bands are not covered under this warranty unless found to have a manufacturer's defect. Watches found to be abused or misused, at the discretion of the Company, are not covered under the new watch warranty.
